The Juniores Prize
High school students take centre stage, their curiosity and imagination as companions. A story or a video as “equipment” and the exceptional backdrop of the Triveneto and Istria-Dalmatia Regions, with their precious historic-artistic heritage.
These are the main elements of the Premio Juniores, within the framework of the Gambrinus “Giuseppe Mazzotti” Literary Prize and addressed to students of the high schools of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige and the Italian speaking regions of Slovenia and Croatia.
Inspiration for the contest comes from some of the issues most loved by Giuseppe Mazzotti – the territory, art and their popularisation – and arises from the will of the Prize Association that safeguards his spiritual inheritance, in cooperation with the Treviso VIVARTE cultural association.
The aim of the Premio Juniores is to provide an educational project for schools to familiarise them with the figure and works of Giuseppe Mazzotti, challenging students to deal with matters of great current interest and explore the cultural world and activities that surround the Prize.
Its purpose is to give young people an opportunity to express their talent, with an exciting possibility of receiving an award during the official ceremony, together with famous authors, scientists, intellectuals and scholars.
